STRESS MANAGEMENT AND SELF-REGULATION STRATEGIES
We are all bombarded daily by demands, distractions and overwhelming amounts of information. It is easy to become externally focused and very reactive. While it is normal to become "ramped up" at times, it is also vital that we have ways to "ramp down". Practicing tools that allow our nervous system to "pause and reset" to a calmer state of being is important to avoid cumulative stress and anxiety. I teach concrete, practical skills to neutralize stress and increase one's ability to self-regulate intense emotions. Individual and group sessions available.
