Equine-assisted experiential sessions are conducted in a safe, peaceful and confidential outdoor facility. Sessions are appropriate for individuals, couples, families, and groups. This experiential therapy is solution-focused and brief in nature. Sessions involve a planned experience created specifically to address the client's needs and goals. The therapy team includes Harriet Entin, MSW, LCSW, and an equine partner. This team offers non-judgmental, matter-of-fact feedback which mirrors clients' emotional and non-verbal communication.
This is a rich and "whole brain" learning experience!
Fees are based on the number of participants and the length of the session. Clients are given insurance ready statements which they can submit for reimbursement
This is not therapeutic horsemanship, and involves no riding and no instruction about riding. All sessions are unmounted (on the ground).
