INTRODUCTION TO T'AI CHI WORKSHOP

T'ai Chi, often called "a moving meditation", has been practiced for thousands of years to promote balance, strength and tranquility. Participants will learn the principles of T'ai Chi movement, T'ai Chi movements for daily practice, and mind/body tools to enhance balance and relaxation.
DATE: Wednesday July 24, 2024
TIME: 9am to 11:30 am
LOCATION: Mercy Retreat Center, 2039 N. Geyer Rd., St. Louis, MO 63131. (Check in at front desk and take stairs or elevator to the Round Room on lower level). Ample parking in front and behind the Center.
COST: $70. per person (includes handouts and beverages)

This workshop is open to people of all abilities. Mercy Center is wheelchair compliant. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and supportive shoes (no flip flops!). If you have any physical/health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider.
